My work empowers individuals, organizations, and communities to improve their performance through the use of scientific principles and practices of effective adult education.
The ultimate teacher is reality itself. It can't be faked, and it has the final say. The purpose of education is to teach one how to live by developing the mind and equipping one to deal with reality: to think, to understand, to integrate, and to prove.
My vision and primary aim is to teach from the perspective of the learner and to encourage observation and logic in order to foster in my learners a fuller grasp of reality and to improve their performance in the world of value creation.
