Effecting Change
“Education is not learning facts, but training the mind to think.”
Ideas
I teach current and potential trainers, presenters, facilitators, and teachers to teach from the perspective of the learners, which means: I make learning events more interactive, participatory, and dialogue-based. By engaging learners through relevant, experiential, and respectful dialogue, learning becomes more useful, reality-based, and effective.
Education
While I train trainers and other educators to use the principles and practices of effective adult learning, I also work with individuals, organizations, and communities to effectively apply logic in their work and lives, to make reality-based decisions, to employ critical thinking and reasoning, and to recognize and advocate for the freedom needed to act on the judgment of one's own mind.
Innovation
Innovation and entrepreneurship are the driving forces behind all human progress.
The individual human mind is the source of all innovation. Companies and organizations that focus on the development, the independence, and the freedom of the individual human mind will be most successful because they foster value creation.
Using inductive and deductive learning, critical thinking tools, active planning and evaluation methods, and other tools, we can build the processes that lead to higher productivity and progress.
